Lookout people the latest foodie craze has just hit Adelaide “Scroll Icecream!!”

I remember witnessing Australia’s first Cold Plate Creamery lavishing our Instagram feed and I was quite keen to try this treat. While in Adelaide recently visiting my folks I was lucky enough to be invited to an exclusive preview of their operation in Adelaide.

Melbourne has already experienced this treat for sometime now, and Adelaide is inline to have its taste buds tickled.

Sampling the range of amazing flavours, I tested the “NY Baked Cheesecake” with crushed biscuit & strawberries it was amazing to see the cheesecake liquid mixture transform into Scroll Icecream before my very eyes!As well as that flavor there was also”Pav lover” for.. you guessed it, those who enjoy the Pavlova.Another flavor I took note of was the”Perfect Matcha” sourced from Matcha Maiden Green Tea Powder.

Not to tell a lie thou, the true show stopper would have to be the “Oreo Serious”for the serious biscuit connoisseur, it was in itself the truest representation of cookies and cream.
Later on were treated to some alcoholic flavours made exclusively for us,the Baileys and Espresso Martini which were particularly delicious.
I was kindly shown how to create my own Scroll Icecream .Naturally I choose Nutella as my prime ingredient ,making them was tough but a whole lot of fun.
